Role responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Deliver high-quality technical first line support to clients via phone, and other digital channels.
- Use Al-powered tools to accelerate troubleshooting, generate insights, and enhance response quality.
- Proactively monitor and manage the helpdesk ticketing system, ensuring timely updates and SLA-compliant resolutions.
- Analyze, diagnose, and resolve software-related issues with accuracy and speed.
- Deploy developer fixes, program temporary fixes (PTFs), and configuration changes as required.
Requirements & Skills
What we're looking for
- Bachelor software Engineer or other technological bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the world of technology and innovation, preferably with technical analyses experience.
- Knowledge of software development and software development life cycle.
- Affinity with banking operations and trends is a pre.
