Role responsibilities

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and maintain backend systems and core software components
  • Perform system testing, fault detection, and root-cause analysis
  • Review technical specifications and translate them into functional solutions
  • Monitor and enhance system performance and reliability
  • Identify opportunities for system optimization and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with developers, designers, and stakeholders across teams

 

 

 

 

 

 

Requirements & Skills

What we're looking for

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in system engineering or related roles
Technical Skills
  • Solid knowledge of system engineering principles
  • Familiarity with database technologies (DB2, SQL, PostgreSQL or similar)
Experience with system administration on:
  • IBM environments
  • Windows
  • Linux / UNIX
Experience working with web technologies:
  • HTML
  • CSS
  • XML
  • JSON
  • Understanding of security systems and best practices
  • Exposure to multiple computing or coding environments is a plus
