We are seeking a technical Quality Test Engineer to rigorously test and battle-harden our fintech solutions. You will build and execute automated test scripts to ensure performance, reliability, and quality before release.

Role responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Analyze requirements and define acceptance criteria
- Develop, maintain, and execute test plans and test scripts (manual & automated)
- Perform functional, regression, integration, API, and performance testing
- Track defects, validate fixes, and ensure quality sign-off
- Support testing activities across both IBIS and client environments
- Create test reports and handover documentation
Requirements & Skills
What we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 4 years’ experience in software testing
- ISTQB or similar certification
- Experience with SQL, basic programming, and QA tools
- Comfortable using AI-driven tools to improve efficiency and decision-making
- Experience in banking or fintech is a strong plus
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with Agile teams
