Role responsibilities

You’ll Lead

  • Major payment & cloud transformation projects
  • Ensuring high quality delivery and client satisfaction
  • Support internal capability building and strategic initiatives
  • Strategic client engagements
  • Innovation in financial technology delivery.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in international and domestic payment processing, covering full end-to-end flows and integration models.
  • Ensure exceptional project performance, delivery quality, and post-implementation

 

 

Requirements

What you should have

  • Master's Degree or similar degree level
  • Minimum of 4 to 5 years consulting and commercial experience preferably within the banking industry
  • Project Management experience leading an end-to-end system implementation
  • Technical skills
  • Positive and flexible work attitude
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills in English & Spanish

  • Facilitating cross-team collaboration to achieve shared KPI’s

     

  • You are accountable and take ownership and help drive success of decisions

  • A pro-active mindset towards learning and leveraging AI in daily work

  • Willing and able to travel extensively
