Role responsibilities

You’ll Lead

Design and implement AI-powered knowledge bases for product documentation, FAQs, troubleshooting, and internal support
Structure and optimize product information for intelligent search, Q&A, and self-service solutions
Explore and implement integrations with chatbots, conversational AI, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) solutions
Develop and maintain a centralized knowledge repository for proprietary solutions and blueprints
Contribute to the development of AI-powered learning and onboarding platforms
Create adaptive learning modules, quizzes, and automated learning paths
Provide insights on how AI can optimize processes and workflows across business units

Requirements

What you should have

Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
Minimum 4 years of experience in technology and innovation, preferably with technical analysis experience
Experience with Python and common machine learning frameworks
Familiarity with cloud-based AI platforms
Hands-on experience delivering AI projects
Experience in a business, consulting, or applied technology environment is a strong plus
Basic experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe or similar)
